We went to the Pueblo/State fair,
and beasties were there!
I got hungry
‘neath the lights of the street,
and ate an Elephant’s Ear.
Grandfather had a brat,
wrapped in bacon he thought.
We ate it all up
and wiped ourselves off,
and then we went and we shopped.
Some pretty cool treasures, we got.
It costs a lot more than it ought!
We had a good time.
That’s the end of my rhyme.
It was a good night at the fair!
The fair! The fair! The fair!
