It is far easier to get off track, than to get back on. It can be difficult and messy. It’s especially frustrating because I was doing so good before I got derailed. I struggle having grace for myself when I can’t seem to get it right. Yet, I know that if I persevere, I will get there. It is a matter establishing and maintaining routine.
